Co-Operative Education Program

Co-Operative Education Program

Elizabeth Wyn Wood offers a comprehensive co-operative education program that caters to diverse student goals.  The co-operative education program at EWW provides students with opportunities for practical work experience and academic credits. The program facilitates both paid and unpaid co-op positions, emphasizing the value of all placements in providing valuable, real-world experience. A significant portion of our students engage in paid co-op placements across various industries, including food service, retail, automotive services, and personal care. These placements provide valuable work experience while earning school credit. Alternatively, students seeking experiential learning and career exploration can participate in unpaid placements at organizations such as hospitals, schools, charities, and trades-related businesses. This option allows students to gain practical insights and develop skills in a less traditional academic environment. Our co-op program provides a tailored pathway to achieve students' individual objectives.
